Tarek Shukri, president of the Real Estate Development Chamber, said that it represents 25% of the national product in the last 7 years, pointing out that the government’s move to the administrative capital is the transfer of state rule differently.
He pointed out that urbanization reached 14% during the recent period as a result of the state projects during the recent period.
Speaking at the Egypt Economic Summit, he added that the real estate sector will be the leading and most attractive sector in recent periods.
For his part, Dr. Ahmed Shalabi, President of Egypt Development Company, stressed that the real estate sector is leading the Egyptian economy no matter how difficult circumstances have passed.
He added that the cities of the fourth generation represent the locomotive of urban development, explaining that the Egyptian real estate sector will grow despite all the challenges it faces
