Al Futtaim Real Estate Group has launched the new phase of ora residential units within the Cairo Festival City project.
The company said in a statement that the completion rate of the work in the project “Ora” reached more than 60%, and the phase includes 404 units with areas ranging from 130 to 240 square meters on an area of 56,359 thousand square meters, and is scheduled to be delivered in full during 2023.
Mr. Ashraf Ezzedine, Managing Director of Al Futtaim Real Estate Group, said that the launch of the new phase of the “Ora” project as part of the strategy of Al Futtaim Real Estate Group, and the group introduces units “Ora” with an introduction of 10% of its total price with a payment plan over an 8-year period, so that the group can equate the provision of price plans commensurate with the needs of its customers in exchange for product quality and comfort factors, safety and well-being by providing modern technological solutions that keep pace with international standards.
Ezzedine explained that Ora residential units are characterized by being fully intelligent units by providing remote control solutions in all devices of the house through mobile application, as well as electronic gate systems and the latest central cooling and heating systems in all buildings within the project, in collaboration with easyLife Technology, which specializes in smart city technology systems in the Middle East and North Africa.
We also offer Quad Play services at speeds of up to 1000 MB in collaboration with Egypt Telecom.
It should be noted that all concrete and external finishing work has been completed and the completion of internal finishing and agriculture work for the first phase of the Ora residential units, which is expected to be delivered in full this year.
