The New Urban Communities Authority announced the result of offers from companies to allocate closed envelope plots from January 1, 2022 to January 15, 2022 in a number of new cities.
The result of the study indicated that the technically acceptable offer on piece 38 in the entertainment area north of the city of Shorouk with administrative commercial activity, came for the benefit of Amazon Urban Development Company, with the financial opening on Sunday, March 20, 2022.
It is one of the third generation cities, created by the decision of the Prime Minister No. (326) of 1995, and the establishment of the city as part of the efforts of the Egyptian state for urbanization to achieve several development goals, the most important of which is to absorb the growing population numbers to ease population pressure and redistribute the population within the Greater Cairo area, while raising the standard of living of the people of the region by providing new jobs from industrial projects, which will be established in the city
