Engineer Mohammed Suleiman, vice president of the New Administrative Capital Agency, said that the total area of the fifth residential neighborhood R5, is built on an area of 885 acres, divided into 9 different areas, including 8 areas consisting of residential buildings with a total of 385 residential buildings with a total of approximately 22 thousand luxury housing units similar to the garden city area.
In special statements to Cairo 24, he added that the fifth district also includes 759 units consisting of residential villas of varying sizes starting from 255 square meters up to 1800 square meters, in addition to containing the neighborhood a number of luxury palaces
, Pointing out that the New Urban Communities Authority pays great attention to the project through the work of finishing and implementation and the use of the best materials that will upgrade the project and in accordance with the two barriers
He confirmed that the fifth residential neighborhood in the new administrative capital includes 50 shops in addition to services spread throughout the entire neighborhood of mosques, churches, schools, a police station and a fire unit in addition to the services available to meet the wishes of the city’s residents in the future.
Completion of the R5 neighborhood implementation before the end of 2022
Mohammed Suleiman explained that the new administrative capital agency is seeking to complete the implementation of the R5 neighborhood before the end of 2022, pointing out that the project is characterized by a large number of green spaces and enjoy the privacy preferred by the residents of the units in the project.
