Nile Real Estate Development Company has been approved by the Research Center for Project 31N, becoming the first company to receive such approval in the skyscraper area, which is one of the most important approvals within the project license procedures.

Mohammed Taher, Chairman of the Board of Directors, said that Nile Real Estate has completed all the engineering drawings of the 31N project, the first ceremonial skyscraper in Egypt.

He added that receiving final approvals from the research complex is part of the firm’s consistent steps in maintaining and adhering to the schedule of the project, and this step is one of the most important special executive steps that benefit customers.

Taher added that all drilling work on the project has been completed at a depth of 24 meters below the ground, and all replacement work for the project soil is under way and plate load test, which is one of the most important soil tests, is under way.

Taher explained that project 31N is proceeding according to an operationally studied timeline, the project was allocated in March 2021 and the designs were reviewed and initial approval was obtained in June 2021.
The drilling permit was extracted in July 2021, and drilling began in September 2021 and was completed in January 2022.

The replacement work began one month at the same time and was completed in March 2022, the approval of the Research Center was obtained at the end of March 2022, and concrete work will begin during the second quarter of this year.

Taher pointed out that Nile company is among the few companies that have risk management to study all the conditions that may occur in the market from an increase in the prices of building materials and the rise of the dollar and succession and the development of scientific solutions in advance to address these risks.
